Hooray, Hooray! It’s May Silhouette Challenge Day! (Sorry, I think I’m having a bit of a Dr. Seuss moment).
This month’s theme is… Flowers! If you remember last month’s challenge, well… I sorta jumped the gun, didn’t I? Whoops. But, I love flowers and floral prints, so for this month’s challenge, I used my Silhouette Sketch Pens to create a set of Peony Prints.
Last Friday, I hosted a somewhat impromptu craft night with my girlfriends. Because sometimes, you don’t need the inspiration, you need the TIME! Each girl brought along projects they haven’t gotten around to yet. We snacked, sipped on sangria, watched Frozen (not kidding), and crafted. And I finally had the time to check a fun project off my list: diy fabric wrapped letters.
This weekend kicked off my absolute favorite event of the season: Spring Planting! I don’t know what it is about roaming through greenhouses full of fresh blooms, but I love it. It’s an instant mood-lifter. A sea of inspiration. My Happy Place.

Hello there! I hope all of you had lovely weekends, and lovely weather to enjoy them in. We had a nice Easter weekend, and the best weather yet… sun, blue skies, light breezes and 75-degree days. Otherwise known as perfection. I could totally live with this type of weather year-round.
