I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to try this out. I really don’t. But now that I’ve figured out a dairy free lasagna recipe, I foresee us eating a LOT of lasagna this winter season! Which is a good thing (wink).

Now you may be thinking dairy free lasagna? How? Why? Awwwhailno! But I’m here to tell you that you CAN leave it out and still make a delicious meal.

January is chugging right along! Which I’m totally okay with, because I am ready for Spring! The last two years, my husband and I have looked forward to our mid-January trips to Walt Disney World (i.e. the most magical, wonderful place on Earth), but this year, we’re staying put. And I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t totally bummed out about it. Because I am. But enough of this little pity-party… we have a real, actual party to throw today! Ya’ll know I like simple. And it just doesn’t get much simpler than these DIY holiday storage labels!

As I work my way through our home, I’ve learned that organization doesn’t have to be complicated. It can sound like a daunting task that will take you endless hours to complete, but it doesn’t have to be that way!

I like to have a place for everything and everything in its place. And I also like to move quickly through these chores. Hence I’ve found that I’m getting good at creating the Simplest Organizational Labels Ever.
