When I was wrapping up my gift for my friend’s baby shower a few weeks ago, I realized that I didn’t have a baby-appropriate gift bag or any rolls of wrapping paper. In fact, I’m pretty sure the only rolls of wrapping paper in our house right now are leftovers from Christmas. Whoops. Instead, I turned to a roll of plain kraft paper. This, of course, works just fine, but it needed some fancying up. So I came up with this baby shower clothesline gift wrap to dress up my gift for the occasion!
This baby shower clothesline gift wrap was really easy to put together. Here’s what I used:Ā
- patterned paper
- miniature clothespins
- twine
- Silhouette Cameo or a template to trace
First, I found the baby clothes shapes online and traced them in Silhouette Studio.
Then I selected some scraps of paper for each item of “clothing” and sent them through my Cameo to cut.
To attach them to my gift, I wrapped twine around the package and secured it with a simple knot. Then I hung the clothes on with the mini clothespins.
And that’s all! A super cute baby shower clothesline gift wrap that only takes a few minutes to put together!
