Remember the book page flowers I made last week (if you haven’t seen them yet, you can find them here) and how I said I had a bunch of ideas up my sleeve for how to use them? Well, here’s the first of many – these pretty flower gift toppers!
I think I could scroll through pictures of pretty gift toppers all day long, couldn’t you? I love them! And with all sorts of gifting occasions coming up—birthdays, showers, weddings, and of course, Mother’s Day—these book page flower gift toppers are the perfect way to add some extra special love to your packages!
Hop on over to my original post here to learn how to make these flowers. Then grab a few additional supplies and you’re ready to turn these into gift toppers.

Book Page Flower Gift Toppers:
Materials Needed:
- Gift wrap
- My go-to is plain brown kraft wrapping paper.
- Lace ribbon, colorful satin ribbon, or velvet ribbon
- Transparent tape
- Scissors
Once you’ve wrapped your gift, wind some lace or other ribbon around the center of the package and secure on the underside of the box with tape. Then secure the flower gift topper to the center with another piece of tape. Add a gift tag or make your own leaf gift tags by cutting out a leaf shape and using the same “watercolor” technique with the Gelatos that I used in the flower tutorial.
If you have a larger gift to wrap, or just don’t feel like using any ribbon, add two, or even three, flowers and a few leaves to your gift and you’re ready to go!
With bridal and baby shower season coming up, these paper flower toppers are such a cute and easy way to dress up your gifts. And of course, don’t forget Mother’s Day in May!
Love this? Don’t forget to pin it!

What a pretty way to present a gift. You could even make those paper flowers into pins so they could use it as a brooche.
